This website is operated by SHAH ARIFSHA BHIKNASHA (Proprietor) under the trade name RB Enterprise. Constitution of Business: Proprietorship. Customers agree to purchase HSN 1209 sowing seeds for lawful personal and agricultural use.
A. Who you are contracting with
B. Catalogue honesty
- Listing text (variety, pack size, grade notes) defines what we ship — not lifestyle photography alone.
- Macro seed imagery is illustrative; natural colour and grain variation is expected.
- If a lot sells out mid-season, we may pause the SKU until replenishment rather than substitute silently.
C. Pricing & tender
- All prices display in INR and include applicable tax unless checkout states otherwise.
- Accepted tenders: UPI and Cash on Delivery where the PIN is serviceable. Accounts must be email-verified before order placement.
- Any COD handling fee is shown on the order summary before you confirm.
D. Order reference
When payment authorises (or COD is accepted) we issue an RB order reference. Keep it for tracking, remedies, and desk correspondence.
E. Boundaries of liability
We are not responsible for courier network failures, extreme weather holds, or addresses you entered incorrectly. Moisture-sensitive seed packets cannot be warehoused indefinitely at transit hubs.
F. Governing law
These clauses follow the laws of India. Exclusive venue for disputes arising from this storefront is the competent courts at Surat, Gujarat.
